At its core, That Sauce exists to spark conversations around mental health, especially within the hospitality industry where stigma and silence are far too common. That’s why a portion of profits will directly support The Burnt Chef Project a UK-based mental health initiative working to break down the barriers that prevent hospitality professionals from seeking help.

This sauce is handmade in small batches using high-quality, all-natural ingredients. It's vegan, gluten-free, and packed with layers of flavour not just heat. The recipe was designed to offer complexity: smoky undertones, a sweet balance, and a bold kick that lingers just long enough to make an impact.
